According to the Fresno County Transportation Authority, Measure C’s alternative transportation program was intended to improve transportation throughout Fresno county. The project plans to relocate traffic to go under the BNSF train tracks in order to improve safety and timeliness of the intersection.
Currently, the project is on track to begin contacting impacted business and property owners of potential acquisitions in mid 2022.
